This set is complete, includes buffer and buttpad, ready to install. Wood grain on the Handguard is very unique. One of the nicest sets I have had in a very long time. Again this is a used surplus stock set, there are dings, dents, scratches and scuffs. Still a BEAUTIFUL stock with lots of character.
