Up for sale vintage Harman Kardon Chorale A 260 stereo amplifier from 1959. Considered to be one of the best tube amplifiers made by HK. This a very rare guest here especially being fully restored. Rated 60W with variable 4-8-16 Ohm output made specifically for tube amplifiers speakers – I have a set. Output tubes are 6L6GC this is improved Version 2 of the amplifier. I tested it with Telefunken SB86 and it’s a breathtaking sound! Do not miss a chance to complete your vintage audio gear! Due to the age coupling caps were replaced with new WIMA ones (pictured). All big electrolythic caps were carefully opened, stuffed with new Matsushita 105 degrees radial caps and sealed so they all look original. I have matching Telefunken SB86 speakers please check my other auctions. This is a true time capsule being over 60 years old and is very uncommon. No major cosmetic issues. Included – H-K A-260 power amplifier only. This amplifier is not small and is very heavy, size is 15x5x14 and weight is about 60 lbs! This gun has been upgraded to use deans connectors for the battery (battery is included and also wired to deans). Also includes 2 hi-cap magazines, 2 muzzle devices (supressor, and flash hider), and includes the optional backplate which allows you to use the mp5 with or without the folding stock.
