For sale is a genuine factory stock Heckler & Koch (H&K) USP45 full-size pistol barrel. This is the original 4.41 barrel for the full-size USP. 45 ACP (not compact or Tactical threaded version). Less than 1,000 rounds fired (owner-verified low usage). Bright, shiny bore with strong rifling – no pitting, bulges, or excessive throat erosion. Minimal external wear, clean locking lugs and feed ramp. Functions perfectly as a direct drop-in replacement. No rust, cracks, or damage. This barrel was removed from a well-maintained USP45 during an upgrade. It has plenty of life left and would be an excellent replacement or spare for your HK USP45.
