VFC 417 D AEG Airsoft Rifle It is brand new from the factory with a defective charging handle. It is fully functional other than that. The extent of the issue is only that the mock bolt does not fully move forward when the charging handle is pulled and released. It then has to be pushed forward manually and the charging handle set back in place. This is a very minor issue and does not effect the performance of the rifle.
