VP9/VP40 Type 1 Trigger 2. The VP9 TYPE 1 trigger system is a direct drop-in replacement for the standard HK VP9 trigger. The trigger length of pull is reduced by approximately 30%. The reset is also slightly shortened as a result of the dimensional changes. Ergonomically the stock trigger “scoop” shape was abandoned, and a more semi flat profile was introduced. This profile allows for greater options for finger placement on the trigger shoe. Be aware that the HK VP9 firearm is no Glock when it comes to disassembly / reassembly. It is strongly suggested for it to be installed by an armorer familiar with HK weapons.
