Vintage new old stock Don Hume brown HWD SH NO. 25USP-1 leather lined duty holster. This is for the Heckler & Koch USP. 45, with adjustable tension screw and directional snap on retention strap. This adds extra security to release the lift the dot snap your thumb pushes down the rear edge of the inner retention strap to release snap. Loop will fit a standard 2 1/4 duty belt and has locking screw if needed. Very solid well made and secure holster. This is new old stock from when Don Hume owned and operated the company. This stock has been in climate controlled conditions for 20+ years. The quality of the leather, materials and craftsmanship are head and shoulders above what is available on todays market. Safariland ® 7390 7TST ALS® Mid-Ride Level-I Retention Duty Holster, Plain Black, Right Hand. This model is constructed of the innovative SafariSevenT material, a unique nylon blend from DuPontT. SafariSevenT is highly durable and practically impervious to the elements. This holster features the Automatic Locking System (ALS®). Once the weapon is holstered, it locks into place. When the ALS is de-activated by the thumb, a simple straight up draw is used. It comes standard with the UBL Mid-ride, fitting 2 in. To 2.25 in. Fits the Following Configurations. Glock 19, 19X, 23, 25, 32, 44, 45 (GEN 1-5 / ALL GENS). Hand Orientation: Right Hand. Model: 7390 7TST ALS® MID RIDE DUTY HOLSTER. ALS® (Automatic Locking System) secures weapon once holstered; simple straight up draw. Once release is deactivated. Open-top design without SLS for quick retrieval of weapon. Optional ALS Guard available for increasing level of security by one to a Level II RetentionT. Made of SafariSevenT, which is a proprietary nylon blend that is completely non-abrasive to a firearm’s finish. Raised stand-off surfaces in holster’s interior creates air space around the weapon, allowing dirt and moisture to quickly clear any contact with the firearm. The ALS (automatic locking system) activates once the weapon is holstered. It keeps the firearm securely locked in place in the holster. This secure fit prevents the weapon from being pulled out accidentally, but still allows its user to remove easily. The Safariland 7390 holster line is made up of Safariland’s own proprietary nylon blend SafariSeven. SafariSeven is designed to be completely non-abrasive to a firearm’s finish. We are Not responsible for negligence. Most items I sell do not support tall sights or red dot sights. If you are testing out various holster shapes and returning them, please do so with a bigger company which can absorb those return costs. CHECK OUT MY OTHER STUFF! Most holsters I sell are molded from the exact model mold which makes errors nonexistent. Different brands require more break in than others. Breaking in a good leather holster is mandatory for it to function; when it is new you may not be able to draw the firearm from it as quickly as you might need it. After you have checked the holster for suitability and broken it in correctly, it will hold the gun securely, protect the gun from inadvertent access, and allow you to get the gun quickly when you need it. There are plenty of articles online for breaking in a leather holster. I get many messages about the thumb snap (if applicable). If applicable, the thumb snap is difficult to get snapped on many holsters when you first get it. You have to work leather. Bottom line, if you get it and it is not fitting the high percentage of time is that you have not seated it fully or worked it fully. One method I enjoy is wrapping the pistol, unloaded, in a plastic wrap or bag and stuffing that into the holster overnight or for a few days. If you are purchasing a holster, please make sure you have a proper gun belt. All holsters should be worn with a proper gun belt. Also, all holsters should be worn with the belt fully tightened, but not uncomfortable. Never wear your holster loose, sagging pants, or without a proper gun belt.
