Up for offer is this Wacom Cintiq Companion 1, 512GB SSD, 8GB RAM, i7-3517U, 1080p. This unit is in very good condition and has been tested, fully functional with stylus and multitouch. As visible in picture three there is one scratch at the bottom of the device on the case and in the bezel area of the display, this does not affect the device in any way, otherwise only 1 small mark on the display itself which is very minor and doesn’t even really impact drawing on this area of the display either. The display is nice and fairly bright, backlight is overall very uniform with only very little backlight bleed in 1 area, in fact may only be visible on boot splash screen, on review it is not visible in picture 4 despite being a very dark background it should be in the section immediately below the exclamation point yet it does not appear at all in that picture taken within Windows. The battery itself seems to still be in excellent health with various diagnostics reporting only about a 5% wear and reduction from factory spec. Surprisingly for a device of this era and design it seems possibly to still get up to 5-6 hours on full brightness. I have no way of getting an idea of the wireless keyboard’s battery state but after charging it and using it on and off and coming back to it again a week later, it still has charge so it’s clearly not near dead and based off the tablet itself I’m guessing to be in good health as well. Tablet has been upgraded to a genuine Windows 10 Pro install via the original Windows 8 key on the charger brick. Wacom stylus is in excellent condition and still has all it’s nibs and accessories. Stand for tablet is included and in good condition.
