BEAUTIFUL new old stock Don Hume H738 25-1 Tiger Level 1 Duty Holster. Holster is dark brown basket stamped leather with suede leather lining and slot for a 2 1/4 duty belt. Don Hume referred to this color as Mid State Brown. Don Hume no longer offers this holster in this color. This is new old stock from when Don Hume owned and operated the company. Very high quality materials and construction. Much better quality than what is offered today on the market. This holster is for the following. This will NOT fit the P7M8 or P7M13. LEVEL ONE RETENTION – AUTOMATIC & REVOLVERS. The “Tiger” holsters are suede lined, and have a metal reinforced belt loop bent to contour with the hip. Other features are the tension screw on body and belt loop locking screw, covered trigger guard, open bottom, reinforced thumb break, and nylon sight tunnel. Safariland Model 6395 HK P2000 Duty Holster STX Tactical. Fits Heckler and Koch P-2000 standard. The Safariland 6395 is a low ride duty holster that uses the Safariland ALS Automatic Locking System. The weapon locks into place when holstered with no snaps or straps to manipulate. A simple move of the thumb deactivates it and allows a smooth, straight out draw. This holster rides close to the body. The gun’s finish and sights are protected by a suede lining. CHECK OUT MY OTHER STUFF! Most holsters I sell are molded from the exact model mold which makes errors nonexistent. Different brands require more break in than others. Breaking in a good leather holster is mandatory for it to function; when it is new you may not be able to draw the firearm from it as quickly as you might need it. After you have checked the holster for suitability and broken it in correctly, then you can bet your life that it will hold the gun securely, protect the gun from inadvertent access, and allow you to get the gun quickly when you need it. There are plenty of articles online for breaking in a leather holster. I get many messages about the thumb snap (if applicable). The thumb snap is difficult to get snapped on many holsters when you first get it. You have to work leather. Bottom line, if you get it and it is not fitting the high percentage of time is that you have not seated it fully or worked it fully. One method I enjoy is wrapping the pistol, unloaded, in a plastic wrap or bag and stuffing that into the holster overnight or for a few days. If you are purchasing a holster, please make sure you have a proper gun belt. All holsters should be worn with a proper gun belt. Also, all holsters should be worn with the belt fully tightened, but not uncomfortable. Never wear your holster loose, sagging pants, or without a proper gun belt. It includes a unique rotating hood design. With no snap, the Safariland 6280 holster’s SLS design allows for a smoother single-motion draw and greater protection against attempted weapon takeaways. The hood can only be released by being simultaneously pushed down and rotated forward and actually becomes more secure when upward force is applied. It is also far less likely to release accidentally than conventional thumb break snaps. The Safariland Model 6280 holster is a top draw, straight cant duty holster. Manufactured of long-lasting Safari-Laminate and lined with suede to protect the finish of your gun.
