The box interior measures about 12 1/8 inches by 7 3/4 inches and is about 3/4 inch deep. There is another 1 inch space in the lid meaning pistols with a thickness of 1 3/4 inches will fit inside this box closed. Handguns fit in this box. I do not own an HK pistol, however two full size Colt 1911s fit in the box as seen in photos. CONDITION: New made with oak sides. The top and bottom are veneer. There is a small ding in the back wall on the outside near the corner as seen in photo 11. Thank You for your interest in our item.
