These are stunning grips made of fine English walnut, with beautiful grain patterns and coloring, and the finest quality machining, all made in the USA. These are not stained, and the beauty of the natural wood is thus visible to see in what is one of our finest grips. The fit is very precise, and when installed will enhance the appearance of your firearm. The grips are polished to achieve a tremendous glossy surface that brings out the true grain of the natural wood. The grips are then checkered within a sharply defined border, with the portion outside the border left smooth. There is an HK logo on these grips as the photos show. Please see our other grips for different styles. These grips are easily installed, with your original grip screw and backside cuts used to correctly locate them on your gun prior to securing them. A set of “star” washers are included if you wish to use them under your existing grip screws. These grips are simply outstanding when fitted to a gun, and there aren’t any photos that really do these grips justice as they are simply beautiful. The grips aren’t varnished, but finished with a fine oil to enhance the beauty of the wood and preserve it as well. Whether your gun’s finish is black/blued or stainless/silver in color, these will add that special touch, as no two sets of grips have exactly the same grain. The look of these on a stainless or blued gun is outstanding. These are ONLY for the HK P7 PSP pistol models listed above and do not fit the M8 or M10/M13 versions of the P7. They are NOT for the any other models from HK or otherwise (see our other listings for additional HK grips). It is up to you to be sure these are appropriate for your gun. If you’re not sure, ASK! Know your gun’s model, as we will require such info to help you. These grips are not returnable. NOTE: Per the HK P7 Operators Manual, the slide must be removed from your gun before installing any other grips. Failure to do this will result in your grips being damaged when the gun is cycled or fired. We include two notes inside your grip package to remind the installer of this important installation step. They are beautifully made, and the pictures can’t truly show the beauty of these grips. The detail of the grain stands out because these aren’t stained, so the natural beauty of the wood shines through. The photos that may show a’redder’ grip (1st & 3rd photos) were taken with a camera flash to clarify the detail; the flash makes the grips appear redder than normal; the grips are actually more brown as shown in the other photos. These are for either left- or right-handed shooters, as there is no distinct thumb rest on either side’s grip panel. They complement blued, plated or stainless guns equally well.
