I have a genuine Heckler & Koch 30mm ring-type scope mount available for sale. This West German made scope mount is the original, heavy steel, claw-type used on the German Army’s G3 infantry rifle. This unit was bought new from a large HK parts distributor in 1981. These originally came wrapped in an anti-corrosive treated paper. That paper finally deteriorated with age. Back then, the 1″ aluminum inserts (4) for mounting 1″ scope tubes were only available separately. Usually packaged in a plastic bag. The scope mount is new, and in perfect condition. No rust, scratches, or dents. Never mounted on a rifle. The inserts are also new, but may have been mounted once. Certainly never been in the field. Fits HK G3 / MP5 / 91 / 93 / 94 / SP89. Also fits K and SG1 variants. For those who are curious, “Schußrichtung” means “shooting direction”. Hate to give it up, but I really need to pare down my stuff. Time for a new home.

Heckler and Koch is world renowned for their high quality firearms and parts. I have had several inquiries to part out just the mount or the rings and I said NO. The bluing is deep and the casting is AAA. I post clear easy to view pictures of all sides. No Bleacher seat shots. The minute the paperwork says gun parts. These mounts are getting harder to find because people just aren’t willing to part with them. New like this one is unheard of. Treat your German marvel to the upgrade it deserves. Don’t waste your time with those aftermarket cheap cast aluminum mounts that you tighten a slotted screw. They are junk and don’t hold zero for crap. No lazy cut and paste or bait and switch here that others may pull. Base is made to accommodate both the 30 mm and 25 mm standard one-inch U. Nothing like a tight spring to keep you zeroed.

For sale is a vintage Heckler & Koch (HK) Scope Illuminator. It is the box type with the light extension that attaches to the scope and also a small handheld light for the spotter to read maps/doping charts. Made in Germany, and was issued to troops for the G3 Z24 & MG3 Tripod scopes but it may also be compatible with other scopes that have a similar light port. This case uses commonly available D cell batteries, two batteries run the lights and there are also two storage compartments for an extra set of batteries. The product is original, like new condition and OD in color. This is an extremely rare item to find and this one is in museum quality condition.
